ESEI provides asbestos consulting, management and monitoring and laboratory services to several hundred clients in both the private and public sectors. In addition to project consulting and field services, ESEI operates an in-house laboratory for analysis of bulk samples for the identification of asbestos-containing material (ACM) and air samples for the presence of airborne fiber concentration. ESEI is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) as an Asbestos Consultant Agency and an Asbestos Laboratory (PLM and PCM).

ESEI is staffed by trained and experienced technical personnel who are properly licensed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, including Individual Asbestos Consultants, Asbestos Inspectors and Management Planners, Asbestos Project Managers and Asbestos Air Monitoring Technicians. ESEI assists our clients from the project initiation to final project close-out, emphasizing cost-effective practical solutions to asbestos management.

ESEI's services for the management of ACM in buildings and other structures include: asbestos surveys and inspections; bulk sample analysis and laboratory services; asbestos awareness education; development and implementation of operation & maintenance programs; preparation of abatement plans & specifications; abatement and management consulting services; on-site project management; on-site abatement air monitoring and analysis.  ESEI also prepares asbestos management plans and performs 3-year reinspections for our school and school district clientele.
